Lucky you! You will find many places to accomplish that..
Please make sure that you make a list of things you want in your life and things you do NOT want in your life. (Maybe a beach maybe mountains, maybe 4 seasons but not too much of each one, things to do that are of value....etc. It sounds obvious but it really isn't and it is usually a longer list than you realize. Then start looking for good places to meet that list. Of course you know it is much more complex than that and it is a big decision---but that will get you started.

Getting a better lifestyle list requires that you actually have a list of what 'better' is for you.
Having a maid? Beach at the doorstep? Satisfying work without worrying about a salary? What would your better lifestyle look like? You need to make a list of all these qualities then go looking for that place.
