It should not be difficult to locate an accountant near you who can deal with foreign vacation property income. It's really not that uncommon a thing to have to report foreign income.

With the internet, the accountant doesn't need to be local... I can send my files anywhere. I am more interested in finding someone that is well versed in doing foreign taxes from several countries that I have condos in. On this forum they list several accounting firms... just looking to see if anyone had a favorite that they use and are happy with.

Then I would say you need to enquire among fellow Americans doing the same kind of thing. Not among expats living in other countries.
