I want to buy and modernise a property with as much land as possible in a warm climate for £5,000-10,000 and live within a budget of £100 per month. The best I can come up with in Europe is Bugaria, which is easiest with pets and being in EU. I really want to get out of this circle and would love to hear of anywhere else in the world I would be welcomed and can afford to live permanently. Thanks

Well other than the EU, your biggest problem will be the 'welcomed' issue and by that I mean where can you legally live. You cannot just decide to live in whatever country you want to.
So, coming up with a list of countries that would accept you should be a first step.
Then you have to figure out just how realistic your plan of buying for 5-10k and living on 100 a month really is. Frankly, I don't think it is realistic at all in any country you might be willing to live in.
Third, is about what you are willing to live with. For example, do you expect to insist on a flush toilet? I use that only as an example of something that most people would take for granted but you may not be able to given your budget hopes.
Quite honestly, I think you need to give some thought to what is a realistic set of expectations to have vs. what is likely to remain just a dream that does not exist in reality.

I doubt very much if you could live with 100 pounds per month in Bulgaria. Maybe in some rather remote parts of India? In Africa?

Try former USSR countries)) In Russia, Ukraine and Kazahstan budget 100 a month is too low, but in warm and friendly Tashkent it would be affordable.

After reading this Post, I suggest you to live permanently in India because instead of living in other country in this budget you will live luxurious life in India.
