I've heard that US-Cuba relations softened. And It's really friendly country with peaceful and calm villages and towns

The 'last few days'? So are we to take it that you have been diagnosed with a terminal illness?
If not and you just meant where to retire, I suggest you start thinking about it in a different way. The question is where to live 'next'.
No one knows if they will 'stick' or not when they try living somewhere. Some do, some don't and there is no right answer as to where that place is. You go somewhere and you see how it goes.

Depends on what you want to do during those days.
Do you love to dance the tango, then Argentina might be nice.
Do you love long beaches? Several countries can fill that bill.
Love rivers, then Brazil is the best.
Love mountains, then again several places would be great.
Or did you mean your retirement years, as opposed to days, any place can be wonderful for a a few days.
