Anyone who has knowledge of Cross-cultural training (CCT) programs?

Dear all,

Currently I am researching the structure of cross-cultural training (CCT) programs in multinationals. I want to get insight in the cross-cultural training programs that multinational companies provide to their expatriates in order to train and prepare them for an international assignment. The aim of the study is to compare the actual practices of MNCs with academic theories about CCT.

If you have knowledge of CCT programs provided by MNCs, are you willing to participate in a questionnaire about this?

You would be of GREAT help to me! The questionnaire is anonymous, and your answers are strictly confidential. It will only take a few minutes of your time.

If you follow the link below (copy+paste), you go to the questionnaire.

Thank you very much!! Your input is greatly appreciated.

Kind regards,

Anouk
