nursing overseas

Hello,
I'm currently living in the U.S. and finishing up my LPN this December. I was going to go on and finish my RN at the same school until they revamped their nursing program. Now the waiting list to get into the RN program is 3 years.
My husband and I have wanted to live abroad for years and have traveled much of Europe. We have also been to Great Britain.
Are their any English speaking schools where I could pursue my RN? I've seen some info on Slovenia, Germany and Malta. Mostly to finish BSN or Masters. I need to finish my RN first.
We will also need affordable health insurance. My husband is on remicade infusions for an auto-immune disorder and the cost is outrageous.

Qualifications are country specific. Even state specific.

So qualifying in another country and then returning to the USA to work, may not be such a good idea unless you intend to stay in that country long term and work there.
