Well, it's not difficult at all to find information on ESL if you simply Google for it.
https://www.google.ca/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=travel%20abroad%20through%20teaching
The best known forum on the subject is Dave's ESL Cafe.

Sweetcake, you cannot get advice if you do not provide information.
1. What exactly do you want to do when you say 'teach/live' abroad?
Are you looking for a full time job that will last many years? Or are you talking about a job that will last only 1 year? Or even less than 1 year? As a way to fund travel rather than as a career to pursue?
What qualifications do you have to teach English? Are you a university graduate? Do you have a CELTA certificate?
Do you have specific countries you want to try living in?
If you spend some time reading on Dave's ESL cafe, you will find all kinds of information and realize why those questions matter.
When you say you can't find any 'agency' to give 'one on one' advice, what I read is that you are too lazy to do the research for yourself. That's how I read it.
The information is ALL there on Dave's ESL cafe. Read enough and you will understand how ESL works and how it is likely to apply to you.
A lot of young people see ESL as an easy way to 'travel abroad' and fund that travel. Consequently, in many places, ESL 'teachers' are a dime a dozen. Most with very little in terms of real qualifications to teach.
They also post in forums and never respond.
I'll point you in the right direction one more time. Start by reading this thread from Dave's. http://forums.eslcafe.com/job/viewtopic.php?t=86411&sid=afae9c300a09dea02a9ccf2caaa5adae
Then read a lot more from this list: http://forums.eslcafe.com/job/viewforum.php?f=43
It's all there sweetcake. You don't NEED any 'agency' to get the answers to all your questions.
