Want expert consultation on expatriating

My family and I are interested in leaving the US, but we don't have a destination in mind. We're both highly educated (doctorates, both), but we're in fields that don't have high job demands in countries abroad. It seems like there have to be people who could look at our situation and priorities and advise us on countries that would likely accept us and provide reasonable chances of successful integration, but I can't for the life of me find people who provide this service (new career opportunity for someone here!). Does anyone have any advice for us?

We were in your situation a few years back and after all our expat searching I wrote a workbook/course to help you sort out your needs and wants.
