Best Tropical Beach to Raise a Family In?

Since my income is 100% online-generated, I'm thinking of moving my family to the tropics. This climate has always been our favorite.

What i'm looking for is this:

1. White sand (not gold), coconut trees, nice sunsets.

2. A place where I can register a house, bank account, etc under my name as a foreginer and not have to do those local marriage trickery.

3. Preferably low to no taxes.

4. Low risk of natural disasters and crime rates.

5. Nice countryside, away from cheap tourism which I feel is bad for the children to experience. It has to be quiet and family-oriented.

6. A place where 3k of passive income (USD) will go a long way and allow me to build a fancy oceanfront house (with monthly installments of course) instead of renting.

Any ideas for a specific location? Thank you.

I believe that Greece is good for you, west Pelopenese is actually rather tropical, golden sand etcc, you could go for the "Golden Visa deal 250.000 spent on a house here gets you great perks, they have upgraded so that it will also include the option of bringing along close relatives as well, have a look,Spain and Portugal also have the Golden Visa deal but I think the price of property has to be 500.000 No humidity here, yes there are seasons but thats lovely actually, you enjoy to see the spring, the return of nature, its a joy,the blossom.Despite all you may read of the troubles here its still a great place to be,crime is low and the food is real and wonderful, lots of ingredients to get cracking in the kitchen,if you are financially secure its a great place to be and so very beautiful.

Greece is 45mins from where I currently live, the weather is definitely not tropical :)

Looking for something more like the caribbean, polynesia, south east asia, seychelles, etc. Forget properly, a place where I could even just rent an oceanfront house for long-term would be fine enough. But where would fit the bill and requirements (low crime, natural disasters, good infrastructure, etc)?

PANAMA sounds like your ideal destination!

You'd like Bocas Del Toro on the Caribbean side or the Gorgona and San Carlos areas on the Pacific side.

You will pay no taxes in Panama unless you sell a product or service in Panama. An online business is ideal.

You'll be able to live well below your $3k budget.

Health care is excellent and super affordable.

Panamanians and expats are super friendly.
