I lived in 3 countries for 30 years, and moved back to the U.S. 4 years ago. I'm getting the itch to go back overseas. Now I'm 70 something, and should probably look for a U.S. territory/possession, where I can get Medicare, Medicaid, SSI. My MAIN interest is being by the water! I don't see anything in this forum about Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, etc. Any suggestions welcome and thanx!
