" Location, location, location. I refer in part to geographic location which includes proximity to major transportation facilities, cultural amenities, medical resources and open space. I refer to communities where bumper-to-bumper might be only found on 2-3 roads, twice a day at the most. People can be friendly or unfriendly as you want to make it. Accessibility to a regilious group is another key: Being a minority, when possible I prefer access to a temple/church within 50 miles. But, this isn''t the most critical. Safe streets? To me this is part of location. Most communities have safer areas and high crime spots. There is more danger on the highway than elsewhere. Location, location, location. With email, location isn''t as critical. At the same time if an ISP isn''t available, forget it. "
