If there was one thing that you wish you had known about living in United States before you arrived and started to settle in, what would it be?

Does $30K annual income will be sufficient to live decently in USA?!!
I got married recently and I'm thinking to move there.

Not really. Unless you plan on living away from the city, and not doing much besides watching cable T.V. and making all of your own meals. This would include not having a reliable automobile, or travel of any kind.

$30K is not much money but you can live decently in the mid-west if you are frugal.
