Moving to Seattle- Advice needed

Hi

My Girlfriend is from Seattle however I am from London,England.
My girlfriend currently studies here and has done for 3 years but she has to move back home on July 17th.
I want to go with her but I have no university degree. I am trained as an IT Technician following an apprenticeship programme but haven't worked in that field for nearly a year.

I'm desperate to move with her but desperately need advice as to whether I would be able to.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
