How is this room call in US?

In my country in Malaysia, in a company or office, where there is a room... this room is a place where employees visit during their tea break or break time. This room have a coffee machine, a small table and some chairs. It is a small informal gathering place. In Malaysia, this room is call 'pantry'.

May I know, in the United States, what is this room or place call?

What you have there is a "break room." They vary pretty widely from nice, relaxing places to a small closet with a coffee maker in it.

It's called a "break room" since people take break rooms. Some businesses make it sound fancier by calling it an "employee lounge" or something similar.
