Hello. What you're talking about is looking to purchase 1.235 acres of land. One acre is 4047 sq. meters. This is not a problem. You can purchase a single acre of rural land all over the place if you look hard enough. Many rural home sites are less than one acre. It really depends on land development regulations in the area you're looking to purchase. In many rural areas, property cannot be divided into anything smaller than 5 acres parcels, which amount to 20,235 sq. meters.

There are 2,500+sqm parcels of land for sale throughout California. It just depends on how much $$ you want to pay.
