Hi guys! My partner and I are going to move to Florida soon (she got a job offer there, in Boca Raton to be precise) and we would like to find a nice condo by the beach. Anybody has tips and ideas? Have you seen anything interesting there recently? thanks! Flora

the crash has resulted in a lot of problems for condo owners in florida so make sure you dont get stuck with someone elses HOA fees or construction costs.

I think it's a good practice to have your guard up when looking at property in the area. For some reason, "condo in Florida" raises some red flags for me, but I've heard of people having bad experiences there with real estate in the past.
