Hello,
I am an American woman from Puerto Rico who met and am planning to marry a Nepali man within the year. I just returned from a beautiful trip to Kathmandu as well as Pokhara. Right now I'm in the middle of trying to transfer money to my beloved in Nepal to purchase a plot of land about 15 minutes away from Lakeside section of Pokhara. He took me to about three different plots. I am forwarding you a website that I found by sheer accident online when I returned to IRAQ. I am a contract worker. But the reason this website caught my attention is because It was one of the plots that I saw and was able to see these homes. (only from the outside, I didn't go in) But here is the website, check it out and hopefully you will be able to purchase a home or even buy land. website: sarasansar.com phone: 977-61-621156 phone: 977-61-621133 contact email: pnpcolony@yahoo.com
I am desperately trying to find work in the embassy at KTM. That would be great and I can stop working here in IRAQ. I put in my application so pray for me that something falls thru. I would love to finally join my beloved in his home and still work.
I hope I was helpful to you and the best of luck in your house hunting.
GOD BLESS YOU
Brenda

Hi Dell,
Haven't seen you on for a while. This is my second email to you. The websites I sent you are great. Check them out. One of the guys from that website helped me and my fiance purchase some beautiful land. I closed on it four days or so ago and it only cost me $10,000.00 USD dollars!!!! It's close to the tourist area but apparently from what I understand it's even closer to where they are planning on building an international airport in Pokhara. I can see mountains from every direction. Pokhara University is thru the subdivision that is up and coming. I am so happy with it. I plan on letting it grow. Maybe I can sell it later for a plot at Lakeside, closer to the water. If I have anything left over from buying it then that will help in buying the material to start building my home. I am trying to get a job at the US Embassy, but so far, no luck. I would still take the government housing and live in KTM and keep the house in Pokhara for R&R's, festivals and holidays. I have a plan, it's working out little by little. I just need to hear on a job, that's all. Please check the websites I sent you. They are more than willing to help and business with them was smooth and stress free. I am very satisfied. Take care and the best of luck to you.
