Trying to lease a hostel in Pokhara. Is it difficult?

Hello!! My name is Franco, I live in Spain and I'm travelling to Nepal next month. I've got a plan with my fiancee, we are so eager to get a hostel to lease or rent (in leasehold) in the city of Pokhara, or in another town at Annapurna Valley. I'm looking for a guesthouse, youth hostel or small hotel to run by myself, during a undefined space of time, to leasing or renting. Is there anybody able to tell me something about this? I.e. where should I adress to get more info?
Any kind of information will be very useful. Thank you very much in advance to everybody!
