Hi,
I'm currently living in KTM with my husband but we are planning to move to Pokhara at the end of this month (May).
We are looking for a furnished 3 or 4 bedroom house. If you have any information I would be very grateful.
Thanks,
Ruth

Hi Ruth, Namaste!
If you go for for an apartment outside Lakeside or the center and more into the open areas of Pokhara like us...we live in Pokhara Chauthe, which is wonderful between the rice fields then I may be able to find something for you. Not sure that you find something with furniture in Pokhara. I know that such apartments are more than double the price in rent. For so much money you can buy your own furn step by step easy within a month or two. Think about an empty apartment with attached kitchen and bath rom etc. for about 10,000 to 15,000 RS per month and about 30,000 to 35,000 with furniture. If I have to look out for you, let me know and I will see what I can find for you. How long would you desire to rent a place? landlords will ask this beforehand.
Kind regards Jit Magar

For this I have to see someone who lives in that area. It may take some time. I am not sure whether I will find something there. Let us see. The problem is that with landlords that I do not know personally I can not give much information because I do not know and of course respect it that I have no detailed information's about you and your family etc. Nepalese (including myself) are a nosy people...especially when it comes to share a house with strangers ha-ha.

Hi Ruth,
WE have a house in Pokhara that might be possible for you to rent out for a longer period. The house is fully furnished with all required amenities. Are you still looking for a place in Pokhara? Sorry, if I am sending this email out little too late.
Cheers..
