I'm looking for a rental house, 2~3rooms, suitable for foreigners, near Thamel could be nicer.
I'm just beginner to live in kathmandu.
can anyone give me advice how to find rental houses in kathmandu?

Hi Miae, we have a flat for rent @ sanepa, lalitpur kathmandu nepal..From, thamel to here by cab it will cost you 3oo npr... I do, have a flat on a rent but the location is little far from thamel, By cab it would cost you 250 to 300npr from thamel to sanepa my current location.. If you are interested then you can reach me @ 9840059128... The location is.. Milap Road Sanepa Lalitpur Kathmandu Nepal..

Hi all,
I am also looking for an apartment - I am a mid twenties American female, neat clean, and quiet. I'm looking in either the Thamel or sanepa areas - either a studio or one bedroom is preferable, must be furnished. I'm also not opposed to roommates if there is an opening somewhere.
I just arrived and would like to move in ASAP, and stay for about 2 months if possible.
