My husband and I are moving to Auckland from the U.S. in June 2002. My big question right now is: Should we sell our furniture or ship it to Auckland? Which is more cost effective? Other things we''d like to know: What does a week''s worth of groceries cost? How much are utilities? Has anyone used a pet moving service that you would recommend? Did anyone from the U.S. use a consulting firm when applying for Visas under the general skills category? Thanks in advance for any information you can offer. Feel free to post here or reply to my e-mail address above.
