American doctor looking for advice about working in New Zealand

I am an American physician who is looking into the possibility of working in New Zealand. Is there anyone who can give me advice? My understanding is that there has been a need for doctors to come to NZ to work in the past but that there does not seem to be the need so much anymore. Does anyone know who the best physician recruitment agency is in NZ?

Hello,
I am as well a US physician looking to move abroad, to Portugal preferably but found difficult to obtain information as far as what to do in order to work as a medical doctor there.
For New Zealand is pretty easy though, not sure if you already found the information you were requesting but I am sending the email address of accent health rec. and you can check into the options and contact them, they have awesome reviews as far as previous doctors been helped by them,
