My name is Wayne and I am in the British army at the moment, however my wife is Norwegian and we will be moving to Norway in November 2002 and we will be settling in Porsgrunn. 'A town not far from Skien.'
I have two children, aged 11 and 2.
Anyway the education system in Norway is very good and 90% of the people over there speak English. They may even give your children a tutor for extra tuition.
With regards to your wife, the state will provide free Norwegian lessons, I think about 500 hours worth, which will help with finding a job.

Ive been back and forth to Skien and porsgrunn for about five years now and I have only ever seen one other Brit so it would be good to have another.
