Even I was amazed to see 0.5l of Frydenlund Pils in the cafe at Sandefjord Torp Airport cost 96NOK.
I reckon that was probably more than £10.
Does anyone know where a beer is more expensive? I think even buying 2 x 33cl cans of beer on most airlines is cheaper.

I've been living in Norway for 8 months now and the price of beer is crippling if you like it, and I have developed a liking of Norwegian stout! A pint of Guinness in my local here is 79NOK. Thankfully I'm not so far from the Swedish border and it is much cheaper in Sweden, though there are restrictions on how much you can bring home with you. I'm looking into brewing my own now!

Eventually you'll give up drinking which is, of course, the whole idea of the booze being so expensive. There's a lot of moonshine distilled and beer and wine made but also some evil stuff imported that has left people blind.
