Moving to Norway for a Bulgarian architect

Hello everyone! I am an architect (master degree and preparing thesis of phd in Russia) from Bulgaria, that wants to emigrate to Norway. The reason actually is one - I love someone that lives in Bergen.
I wanted to ask you,
1) Does my bulgarian diplomas and the russian phd is valide in Norway?
2) Is the profession of an architect needed in your country now, and me as a foreigner, does I have a chance to get such job?
3) If I learn Norwegian (which I have to of course), I also speak english, russian and french, so is it also a good and needed job of a translator?
4) Where and how to apply for a job in Norway - probably after learning Norwegian, or I can try by english in the begining and learn the language there.

I really will appreciate any suggestions and advises, because I want to be able to live there without of any financial help from nobody. Thanks and greetings from Russia!

Radoslava

Nav.no for jobs sometimes Finn.no, there is an English section also on nav . I have no idea about Bergen area or your profession but my degree is accepted from U.K., I moved for love and it's home now. Though i Know of Someone from New Zealand who married a norsk lady and is still at threat of deportation.
