Am moving to Oman in April 2007 and want to know a few things:
- Can a European woman live with / or and marry an Omani man?
-Is it easy to get a local driving license?
- Are there any taxes to pay there if working for local company?
- What is cost of living if rent not included approx for single woman sharing in average flat with 2 others?
-Are there any European women out there living with or married to Omani men that could contact me for a chat?
-Any muslim girls out there that can get in touch with me for a chat about muslim men and daily life if NOT muslim woman?
- Any advice about mixed marriages and non muslim woman living in Oman?
-anyone know of any great beginner Arabic classes in Muscat that i could join in late April/early May and how much do they cost?

I have been to Oman and travelled around so know it and LOVE it but it will be very different living there of course. Any advice and help would be greatly appreciated.
