Any Canadians working in Oma as Canadian Residents and paying Canadian Income Tax??

Hello,

I'm thinking about a move to Oman in September. However, as a result of the fact that we will still be considered "residents" of Canada (believe me I've done the research.)

I'm wondering if if there are any Canadians who are living in Oman and paying Canadian tax and what kind of money you need to be making to do this?

The tax rate I'm looking at is likely about 21%
