Just wanted to make you all aware that the property market in June - August goes crazy here just before the new school starts!

Therefore if you want to be sure of viewings and you also want to find the right house at the right price BEFORE the rush, its adviseable to get sorted in June and come across even for a weekend to see what is around.

For all to rent or buy Gulf Property World are the best LOCAL agent who almost have a monopoly on The Wave in particular as they all know so much about it ( most of their staff live there!).

You obviously work for GPW? Maybe you should be truthful and inform new people coming in that times have changed and its now a tenants/buyers market, and there is lots of property to choose from. You only have to drive round town to notice the for rent signs everywhere?
