Looking for summer HOUSE SIT in Muscat June or July 2010

Hi. I am an Australian social worker. I am planning to come to Oman in July to do my CELTA course. I currently live in Al Ain with my two small boys and husband. I know that there is a mass exodus out of Oman and the UAE to avoid the heat in summer, so wondering if anybody would be able to offer their home as a house sit. We would be happy to contribute to costs, look after pets etc.... My husband is a nurse, we are non smokers and very clean and tidy :) If you are able to help me out please email me at curlyworld@gmail.com.

Did you get anything ? How much is your monthly budget for an accomodoation. How long you want to stay ?

I have decided to give CELTA a miss as very expensive and I could not find any cheap accommodation for the whole family. So now doing a TEFL online and hoping to get teaching work in Al Ain soon. However, we will still be here all summer and would love to visit Muscat - so any budget family accom that anybody could recommend would be great. I have a 3 yo and 5yo so any suggestions for things to do with them in Oman during July/August would be very welcome. Thanks drmbuz - you are the only person that replied to me.

Due to contracts ending and being repatriated back home we can no longer come to Muscat this summer. However, we are planning on a new contract and coming back very soon. So I will keep your email just in case :) All the best.
