I am moving from acanada to muscat in July for work and looking for short term rental in an expat area. Any tips, website on how to find a place before moving.

Private,furnished, 1 bedrrom,between 300-450/ month, in a good area close to the beach is preferable, short term possibility of long term. I am open to shared depends on where and who. I am not familiar with accommodations and locations in muscat so the above can be subject to change based on what is available, etc. thanks:)
