The International School of Panama, with its own web site or listed under department of State schools, is only english speaking school I could find. Cost: $3-6,000 depending on child's age. Average SAT scores in mid 500's. Good luck.

International School of Panama is the most expensive school in all of Panama and caters to children of diplomats and executives of multinationals. More cost-effective education is available from bilingual schools Episcopal School and Academia Interamericana.
