Need info on relocating and employment in Panama

I've been going through this site and found some job posting in Panama and thought, this could be a chance of a lifetime!! So I applied and now I get to thinking, what do I do if I get the job? How do I get there and so on... I'm currently residing in the Maritimes, Canada. Me and my family would really like to move Panama but are unclear on what we need to do in order to work and find a home in another country. If anyone out there has taken on this challenge I would like to hear from you with your advice and suggestions.

Where are these postings with Panama jobs? never seen them.

There are a few websites giving info but whenever I post them the moderator deletes them. Maybe he/she expects me to copy-paste info from other sites or type it up myself.

Expatexchange.com has some info spread out but mostly not applicable to Panama. It is impossible to provide info to you without knowing if you are blue/white collar worker, technical/professional/liberal arts graduate.
