We looked at it extensively and although it is not cheap by any stretch of the imagination it is also a very promising development. Most of the Ocean front is gone and sold for about 500K USD. A number of reasonable lots are available and they have something like 17 well cared for Man Made Lakes on the property and a a very nice pool/party cabana area. There will be stables to keep horses and riding trails throughout not to mention the miles of beautifuul beach available for this purpose. It is very near a full sized International capable airport which there has been much noise about opening up again. The road is a little rough getting to it and it is a 30 minute drive to any kind of shopping so one has to be prepared for that but the development itself is first class, well funded, and will one day be a choice spot.
