Hi...I really have two questions...first, I am interested in coming to Panama City for 6 months in late summer, maybe earlier...could I expect to be able to rent a small, furnished apartment in the heart of the city...decent neighborhood for around $350-$425. Total apartment expense not to exceed $500 a month. (2) If I can buy a small apartment (similar location) for around $45,000 to $50,000 would it be difficult to rent out for part of the year when I would want to be away...my plan would be to get the permanent visa to live in Panama. Can anyone give me any suggestions on these points or tell me where I might ask...I want to scope these things out before I come...my budget is not too generous, but adequate. Thanks.
