Hello,
Me, my wife and two boys 14 and 9 are considering a move to Panama. I retired in 1996 from the Army and was stationed in Panama from 87-89. My wife is from Panama but has been here in the states now for 15 years. We are planning on moving there within the next year or less. We too are in need of information on Schools that teach in english, and what would be the best areas to live in. Any help would be great you can also contact me at 25thrrg@comcast.net. Thanks in advance!

For schools, see http://cep.edu.pa/intro.htm
The Episcopal School of Panama is a private non-profit institution functioning under the auspices of the Episcopal Church of Panama, and catering to the local and international population. The school serves 575 students from kindergarden through twelfth grade.
The school is completely bi-lingual and the Program of Studies enables students to successfully continue their education in schools, universities and colleges throughout the world.

In addition to the information previously provided, be advised that there are many bi-lingual schools in Panama. In my area the Adventists have some good schools and there are others. Depends on where you wish to settle down. Best bet is to visit and check around.
