Hi - My wife and I are considering purchasing a condo in David. Does anyone know anything about the community? Are there many Americans living in David?
How can I find information on the Canadian company that is building the condos?

Hi, I live in Panama City but I visit frecuently David, Chiriqui. Specially Boquete, which is a beautiful town at 25 minutes from DAvid.
There are a canadian company working in the development of a planned community with the biggest golf course in the area, not sure you're asking for that project. If so I can give you more information.

David is very hot, it's temperature could be right night in 38º centigrades. There are many americans living in Boquete, because the weather there is much better, around 17º C or 22º C.
