Hello,

I'm single, in my early 30s, no children, speak some Spanish.

I have just been offered a 3-4 year expat assignment in Panama to start "early 2008".

I'm looking especially for info regarding the following:

a) safe, clean neighbourhood (still to determine workplace address)

b) networking opportunities with locals and expats?

c) opportuinities to develop current interests in photography, hiking and outdoor activiities in general.
