Okay Expat's! It's official! I made up my mind to travel to not only Panama but maybe also Costa Rica. My dream goal would consist by departing USA July 28 to Panama City for the weekend. Then departing to view Anton area for one week followed by Boquete area for one week or two depending on home values and surroundings. An additional one to two weeks viewing Brisa de Golf area for homes. Need a "good" guide/agent. Possible Costa Rica if I can find a better deal for Expat Vet's.

Hello Sara! I am looking for a place to stay while shopping around for a nice home. I do not want to spend a fortune just to live comfortable. Looking for a nice safe home but not sure where to start. 2-3 bedroom home for around $40k down and payments less then $1500 month would be better yet. What can I get for $40k down? I am single buy yet enjoy my space and have good taste in homes or apartments. Is it true you need 33% of home down payment? Need itinerary plan 2 weeks before travel (July 28) please. ojp_100@hotmail.com
