Hola! My wife and I are flying into Tocumen, Panama City, in less than 2 weeks. A Red-eye will take us from Ft Lauderdale to Panama and have us arriving 4/17 around 2am. We have a rental car already reserved and will be passing El Valle on our way to Hotel Playa Cambutal at the end of the Azuero Peninsula. Anyway, are you awake around 7am? Is that time for a Rum & Coke? LOL We will be exploring the tip of the Azuero Peninsula for permanent house or apartment rentals in that area.
EVERYBODY: Does anybody ON HERE have any information on apartment or house rentals or, if the price is right, land sales on the peninsula?
We are heading back to the airport for our departure home on Monday 4/23 so will also be passing by El Valle around 6pm so maybe that would be a better time to break out the Rum & Cokes.
We have your phone number from a prior post of yours so we can give you a call when we're there.

greg if you want me to beat you around the head and back, please call me around 7am.. I would be more then happy to well, beat you around the head and back... 6 pm is a much better time..
I don't have any info on real estate up that way, but if you stand out on the sidewalk and wave a 20.00 bill I am sure that you will find more then a handful of people in the real estate game that would be more then happy to help you.
you don't BUY anything yet,, you RENT!!!!!!!!!

Haha, I hear you loud and clear on the time to call you AND the "rent first" recommendation. That's what our priority is at this time...rent first, buy later.
Thanks for the input and we'll catch up with you when we're in your area.

Greg ... you really shouldn't post actual times and driving directions on here. People of lesser intensions actually read these forums to find their next sucker occasionally
