go and look at his photo and you can also do a search on that site and read the many good people who have been taken by this man. he still is doing it and he targets expats that don't live here for the most part.


he gives you a story about returning from the war, or someone stole his wallet and passport and he just needs a few dollars until the u.s. embassy opens on monday so he can get some money and a new passport. he was born here in panama but was in the u.s. for some time. so he does speak just like you and you will think he is a american.

he has been pulling this scam on people for years down here and there is not much we can do about it.

anytime someone comes up to you and starts to ask for your help please think!! many expats here are broke and this is a way to get money from you. their story of hardship pulls at your heart and you think what if that happen to me? and you hand them 20.00 small amount but times 5 it adds up.

look at his photo, read about his scam and be ready to not be taken in by this. he's not the only one out there doing it.

he works anywhere that there might be expats, tourist areas, the bus office in the mall ect.
