My good friends TY and Michelle are putting their bar here on main street el valle up for sale. Ty has some family problems back in Canada and they both must leave and take care of. It breaks their hearts to leave, they both have worked their B's off trying to get the place off the ground and running smoothly for two years now. Their dream was to stay here until 2015, then sale the place buy a sail boat and hit the ocean.

A few weeks ago ty and michelle both were attacked laying on a beach
and Ty was cut on his leg and hand, cutting so deep they are not sure if he will ever have the use of his thumb again.

Then after that a ex worker for ty's broke the lock and stole their rent money for that month. Ty's camera's got the guy and the police are now looking to make his arrest.

all this plus problems back home are just to much for them to deal with and they are ready to sale and go back.

What is offered for sale, is a turn key biz. everything, full bar, kitchen, you name it. Your not buying real property thou, the building doesn't go with the sale and is on lease.

Ty has a number one rating in trip advisor as the place to eat here.

you can click around and see the place as well as the menu. The four wheelers you see out front don't go with the sale, they belong to another party that pays ty a percentage of every rider, which the new onwers will get.

again I am not making one dime off of this or the sale of this place, they are just my friends and maybe someone out there would like to own a bar that is already set up and running. anyone needing more info then please use the web site and the link to contact ty.
