"Visit Panama" promotion with Copa

Hi All, I am a newbie and will be visiting the highlands to see about retirement in July or so.

I ran across this promotion (http://www.copaair.com/sites/cc/en/deals-and-offers/pages/visita-panama.aspx) between the Panama tourism department and Copa, and have been trying to get some specifics on it from the airlines. Almost impossible to understand the Copa people with very heavy Spanish accents, even though I speak some Spanish, and the website is not informative with any discernible Terms and Conditions.

So I feel a little stuck. Looks like a great deal, but I thought I would ask you all.. Has anyone used this, know anything about it? Is it for real, or are there so many hoops to jump through that its not worth it?

Try going through the Copa service in Las Vegas NV.

Some have thick accents and others don't. Call again to see if you can better understand the person. Or ask for someone who speaks clearer english.
