I want to thank all of you who gave us advice before we went on our trip. We had an awesome trip to Bocas, then hired a nice driver to take us to Boquete. On the way there, he showed us how to taunt the wind at the Devil's jaw. So fun! Everyone we met in Bocas and Boquete was very nice and we learned so much. We especially liked the little restaurant in Boquete called "The Orchid" or something like that. Really good food, and we fed six people for $19.50! Again, thank you everyone for all the help and advice!

Plan on at least 3 hours to get to Bocas from Boquete or visa versa...........You would live in Bocas if you loved the ocean and ocean living 90 degrees and you would live in Boquete if you enjoyed mountain living around 75 degrees........both are average temperatures.

I would choose Boquete, but my hubby would choose Bocas. I didn't like the humidity and the inconvenient shopping at Bocas. Other than that it was beautiful. I just really liked the friendly people, easy shopping, and beautiful flowers at Boquete. But I think everyone is different and has to see it in person to see how they like it. I also have to say that Red Frog Beach was the best beach I've ever been to!

We took my daughter with us to StarFish beach in Bocas and she said that it was the best beach that she had ever been at, and we had also taken her to Red Frog Beach. To each his own.......for sure aye!
