Hello! My name is Erin Shea and moved to Panama 8 months ago and am running a café in El Valle called, café Mariposa next to the AMAZING butterfly haven here in the mountains. I teach yoga among the butterflies in the café Saturdays at 4pm. I teach at Decameron Mondays at 12 and am looking to spend more time teaching groups/privately. I am open to teach around all the beach areas. I am certified in Vinyassa style yoga but modify to all needs. From gentle, restorative or a more intense workout, I hold a healing space. From Yoga in the mountains to the beach, what a place to introduce a nourishing, healing, LOW STRESS lifestyle. Please let me know if you are interested!

Hi Joanna!
If you go into Gate 2 or 3, I will be located at the little pool in on the golf course. Its a the end of the street at 12 pm. Hop to see you there!
