BioIdentical Hormones in Panama?

This question is directed at the more "mature" ladies on this forum. As I've reached that lovely phase of life (Menospause) I've found BioIdentical Hormones to be absolutely life changing.
I'm trying to find out if there are any Doctor's/Clinics down in Panama that Provide BHRT?
I'm interested in the Boquete/David area, but will travel to get them if needed.
Personally, I can't see me living a quality life without them, and it's a MAJOR consideration for where I end up in Retirement.
Do any of you ladies know if BHRT has made it's way down to Panama yet?

Sorry, don't know the answer to your q. However, ANYONE who requires life-sustaining medication should check it out on one of their exploratory visits to Panama (which I hope you're planning to make). Go to the 2 big pharmacy chains (Arocha and Metro) with the brand name and generic name of your med, the dosage and format, and ask if they have it. Only way to be sure of getting exactly what you need is to do your own due diligence for something so important to your health.

Thank you for your response, and yes I do plan on doing several trips down to the Boquete/David area (as well as in P.C) to investigate this further.

Usually BioIdentical Hormones are either administered by a Doctor in pellet form (Estrogen & Testosterone) which is inserted in the hip....or, prescribed and dispensed through compounding pharmacies here in the states.
I'm not so sure they have such a thing down in Panama, but we'll see.
*(By the way...Men go in for this all the time too up here in the States to keep their Testosterone levels high as they age. So some of you men on here might find this of interest too!)

So far the best I've found is a company called the "Anti Aging and Wellness Clinic" - they have a website if any women on here are interested. They're supposedly opening a clinic in Panama City in 2 months.

Still curious to see if any of the ladies presently living in Panama who are on this forum have any experience with BHRT more local to the Boquete/David area though.
But I thank you for your response and suggestion.
