Private Driver / Translator

We are coming to Panama in February with 6 people and would like to hire a private van with a driver / translator to travel from PC to beaches area, El Valle, etc. Probably for about 3 days total time. Does anyone have a suggestion for either a service that can provide both or a bilingual driver / translator? Thank you for your help.
