So, as newbies we've decided to go touring by ourselves to this famous Portobelo pirates town.

We decided to go local and booked tours and activities there and not day tours from PC which involve you moving at the guides pace..

So now i want to recommend you Panamore Tours (panamore.org) they have lots of outdoor activities that involve using the locals elements.
They have the following activities, amongst other that you'll see at the website:

- jungle tours
- beach tours
- snorkling
- kayak-kayukos (dugout canoes..yes! super cool!!)
- wild camping
- horseback riding
- amphibiaboard
- fishing

lot of this involve manglares, waterfalls, rivers!!

They also organise sailboat trips to San Blas and Cartagena!!
