Hola amigos.
Anyone ever had an issue with heat-rash?
I've been spending quite a bit of time out in the sun lately, and as a result, I got some rash around my neck and shoulder area.
It itches like an SOB (lol)
I got some sunscreen today, but that's for the future. Before I use it, I kinda need to take care of the itching first.
Anyone know of any medication I should ask the pharmacist for?
Gracias

There is a cream in a tube called "Lamisil". It worked very well for me, but it took a week or so. It was "prescribed" by my doctor. As you may know, for the most part, prescriptions in Panama are notes from the doctor telling the pharmacist what you need and reminding you how to use it.

Hi any pharmacy will be able to sell you something if you can show them the rash. Try to only wear cotton clothes. Sheila

If you can get your hands on hemp oil or cream, which have little or no THC,it will knock it out overnight. Also will Permanently cure athletes foot and " jock rash.". Plenty here in Colombia.

I've been in Panama 3 months. I have had dry, itchy, flaky patches on my skin, like eczema, or? It keeps coming back. I've tried cortisone cream and it doesn't really work. What seems to work best is avocado, coconut, or olive oil? Some people have said, "Give your skin time to adjust".
