Yes there is an independent vault in David, Panama.

The problem is that upon checking I found the no. of boxes so low that covering overhead was impossible for the owner.

Also in reading their contract I found you were forced to trust them, and had little recourse if anything went wrong...such as you arrived one day to find a new store at that local.

I understand that there is a guy from NY building one now at Valle Escondido in Boquete. It is concrete, underground and he has a vault door on the way now from the states.

At my last visit, june 2016, I found a place on Calle 50 that offered sale and vault services. I can't seem to find them on the internet now, but found these people instead:
