Very very interested in this because I'm looking for an annual rental guaranteed every single yr starting this November til end of April every yr I'm one cold Canadian and the exact winters with the -40 and -35 are too hard on me I'm a quiet 50 yr old retired guy that is just looking for a quiet retreat to escape to every winter.
